I was accompanied by my mom and little sister and we had more fun! I was one of the only people in the store that day, so we took our time and I tried on every dress I wanted. Initially, I thought I was going to be an all lace girl. I love the elegance and romantic feel of lace. I also was pretty certain I knew what silhouette I wanted. Turns out that was the only thing I was right on the whole day! As I tried on lace dresses, none of them seemed to really spark my interest. One of them had a little sparkle as well, and I couldn't stop talking about the sparkles.

Taking the lead, Marta pulled several all sparkle dresses. I lit up! I tried to deny it, but I am a sparkle girl I fell in love with a strapless, heavily sparkled mermaid fit dress with a ruffle bottom. It was fun, flirty, and I felt like a princess. The only problem was that it felt extremely modern, not the romantic elegance I had been wanting.

I expressed this to Marta and she said, "I know exactly what dress you need". She scurried off and returned with the most beautiful dress I had ever seen. It was an Allure Bridal strapless sweetheart trumpet fit dress with cascading beading and sparkle. I put the dress on and was mesmerized. AND the dress was in budget! When does that ever happen?! Anyway, I walked out to show my mom and sister and they both smiled ear to ear.

They knew it too Marta then sealed the deal with a custom silk cathedral length veil. And I mean perfectly The dress captured the elegance and romantic feel I had been after, while also being sparkly from top to bottom. I felt like a princess out of a fairy tale and knew that soon to be husband would be floored and he was!

Bridals by Lori won my heart over that day. I am so thankful for the time Marta spent with me and her attention to detail. They made the process so much fun and just a memorable experience! They seem to stick up their nose at you if they deem your budget as 'too small'.

I had little direction from my stylist who didn't pull a single dress f Honestly if no stars was an option that would be mine. For a bridal shop that has a television show and is so well known you would expect them to have an understanding of customer service.

First strike was having to wait over an hour to be ackn I understand bridal parties make appointments and come in groups but you should have more sales people or at least take time while they are getting dressed to see if anyone else is waiting since bridesmaids don't make appointments. Then I ordered my dress well in advance of my sisters wedding and was told it would arrive in early May.

I never received a call so I called, nobody knew where my dress was. Finally after me calling back a few times someone informed me there was an issue and they sent it back. You would think someone would call to let me know but they didn't. The new one wouldn't be ready until June. Then if I needed alterations that would be two weeks. The wedding was the second week in June so that didn't work. Finally after complaining and asking them to rush it they did their job and called to tell me the dress was there but oh by the way they were closed the next day.

I picked up my dress finally the day after but they made no accommodations to have the dress fitted or alterations made. Thankfully I told the sales lady to order the size I wear. Overall an upsetting and frustrating experience with no customer service or attempt to rectify their mistakes and lack of support. Best wedding planning experience so far!

Went on May 5, wedding dress shopping with my daughter bride , and her Entourage. We were so excited to see Monty Flo and even Robin! Everyone was so incredibly helpful including Flo, my daughter' She tried on four dresses; two she really liked, then all of the associates were helping and making suggestions, and in the end, Robin, Monte and Flo came out and did a version of say yes to the dress!!

I was pointed in the direction of the first room of dresses and was left there to go through everything on my own, not knowing what was in each bag or anything about the designers. It was a little overwhelming to say the least. I saw dresses in the bags that looked like they may be something I liked, but then would be completely different when taken out of the bag.

I wasted so much time doing this. I never even found a dress that looked anything like the pictures I brought in. I tried on maybe 12 dresses, and one stood out the most to me and my family. I was thinking "this is the one" but still had the fear of "what else is out there" with my other appointments and that I had not tried on the style dress I came in hoping to find.

I was in love with this dress though, don't get me wrong. But when I was talking to my family about if I should still go to the other appointments, I thought no one else was listening. A few minutes later I over heard 2 of the employees who were waiting to take my measurements in hopes of me saying yes to this dress talking about me.

They basically said I was "rude" and "inconsiderate" for "wasting someone else's time" by not cancelling my other appointments. Even though at that time I hadn't even made my decision on this dress yet. I've yet to receive my dress so I'm hoping it was all worth it but I immediately felt regret and was questioning if I had made the right choice.

Overall, the ladies there seemed very snooty and just not caring at all about the bride's experience. I was so disappointed given this was a dream of mine to travel there and find the dress of my dreams.

I bought my wedding dress from here and it is a nice place and I got my dress timely, however, the experience wasn't very personal and they didn't have as many options as I thought they would. Many other brides are there at the same time as wel I made an appointment. I drove 6 hours from southern Mississippi because I thought Bridal by Lori was the best. I went in with a decent budget of I was greeted and was treated with kindness. My problems began as soon as the firs I specifically told my consultant that I didn't want an over the top ball gown but also did not want a mermaid style dress.

I even showed her a picture of a beautiful a line dress just so we were clear. She pulled 11 dresses for me to try on. I couldn't tell what anything looked like in those bags so I had to put my trust in her. Every single dress she pulled for me was a mermaid. No matter how many times I told her that's not what I wanted she made no effort to correct this mistake.

Each time she would say 'let's see what everyone else thinks' then ask me if that was 'my dress'. She had no interest in what I wanted obviously. Then she would just hand me the next one as if it wasn't the same shape I just put on. I finally went back and settled on the 4th dress I tried on because she was treating me like I was being complicated and I was very frustrated.

The dress was beautiful so I decided to just go with it. The girl who checked me out messed up my ticket and payment twice then I still ended up with an extra charge she "forgot to add". I was taken and measured for alterations I was told took weeks. I didn't find out any different until 6 weeks later when I called and was told it would be at least 3 and a half more months.

I was livid. I had already paid for my dress and couldn't do anything about it. I waited. I went back 12 hour round trip for me when it was "ready " only to discover it was too big and too long. I had already paid dollars for the alterations. Then I was told a few inches were left for more alterations. Excuse me? I paid dollars and waited over 5 months for a dress that sort of fits?

You're kidding right. They wanted me to leave my dress for even more time and pay more money. I don't think so. Thank god my grandmother is a seamstress for the big areas and the length can be fixed with tall heels and an extra petticoat. I hope. This place is terrible if you're not on the tv show. They lie and they are nothing more than high dollar crooks. I was very disappointed and heartbroken in a place I had dreamed of going to for a very long time.

Bridals by Lori was my first visit to try on dresses, and I planned this because I wanted to go to a store that I knew had a lot of dresses to choose from. From that point, I felt like I was subtly being pressured to buy a dress, even though I shared that I was just starting the process. It probably would have been a better experience had a visited other stores first and was ready to find my dress, but that day I happily decided to visit more stores, ultimately finding my dress at the fourth store I visited.

Bridals by Lori has some amazing dresses. I had been to about 4 Bridal stores prior to this visit and none of them could touch Bridal by Lori. I tried on about 5 different dresses in there and they were all amazing. I found the ONE and was more They are a bit pricey but other than that you will not be disappointed! I loved walking the runway and viewing myself in the wedding dress in the large mirrors. My bridal attendant also sent a follow up email after I left It was a great experience - I just didn't find my perfect dress. Bridals by Lori was my first time trying on wedding dresses. And my consultant was very helpful She replied with "oh you're one of those girls who just likes to try on dresses" and then literally left me to change and get ready to leave by myself.

I hardly ever write reviews, but if left such a bad taste in my mouth that I felt the need to share my experience. Our dresses are not over priced for the quality and designers we offer, which most cannot be found in any other shop in Atlanta, or in Georgia for that matter. I believe my bridal consultant was so eager to make a sell that she lied and told me the dress would be made to accommodate my bust.

It does not. If I could give a -5 I would. I can only describe a very disenchanting, disappointing, demeaning experience with Bridals by Lori. After all, we had driven miles just to go there. We got to our appointment and being a plus size, had very little to choose, which I understood.

However, under very high pressure, I put a deposit on a gown. My wedding wasn't until over a year away. Unbeknownst to me, the gown was ordered immediately after full payment, fully aware of my situation.

I honestly thought, surely, not until after my weight loss and closer to the wedding, still over a year and 60 pound weight loss away. I was notified 3 months later that the gown was surprisingly in early! My wedding wasn't until the end of July and it was just November! I was not even aware it was ordered without current measurements.

My dress is SEVEN sizes too big. Because I wasn't asked if I was ready to order, or for measurements before the dress was ordered, I end up with a dress size 22, when I wear an in street clothes. I called my consultant very upset and worried to see if anything could be done. I was also told, that's too bad, because dresses can't be taken in that many sizes without distorting them, so for me to go ahead and sell it online.

Well, the sweet southern charm had worn off that shiny new penny! I've been hung up on, talked down to, lied to and threatened that they would keep my money and my dress. The salesperson said they had one dress that was what I wanted. It was perfect but it was out of stock and when they would Worked out for the best I ended up as a walk in appointment because I wasn't planning on going here, but after a very highly disappointing weekend of wedding shopping, I finally found my dress here!

The consultant was very quick to help me in and out of the dresses, n I never needed to stay in a dress and analyze it. When I put my dress on, I just knew. I do really wish she was more helpful in pulling dresses. They were so many and In the plastic bags it was hard to see them luckily my mother in law pulled my perfect dress! They did my hair and jewelry and just made everyone cry.

It was altered to a T. I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal's by Lori I think everyone goes into bridals by Lori with high expectations. I thought they had a great selection and would recommend them because of that. Some of the down sides I experienced were that my consultant was late and I only had an hour with I picked out pretty much every dress I tried on, except one she brought for me.

I felt so rushed to make a decision. Also the fitting room was the size of a small closet and it was not comfortable.

I wound up buying my dress that day but my issues came with the alterations. I drove 2 hours for each appointment which is not their fault of course but I had 4 fittings.

They accused me of losing weight when it didn't fit, which was not the case. The alterations staff was nice, but each time I had to come back I was more and more disappointed.

I think I even got to talk to Lori and Monte then. Long story short, I went to another salon to try a dress I thought I would end up getting and ended up not loving it anymore. So, we went back to Bridals by Lori, and they were very accommodating even though it was getting close to when the salon closed. It was that time that I said yes to my dress with Flo and Monte, and Monte jacked me up so that was fun, and we all got to chat with Lori, Monte, and Robbin!

It was a lot of fun! I didn't feel rushed at all, and they all were saying how they loved the James Clifford dress I picked and not just saying it! Monte even took selfies with my bridesmaid! I had a lot of fun here and found my dream dress without feeling pressured into buying a dress out of my price range!

Do not waste your money for the Bridal I made my appointment at Bridals by Lori a month prior to coming into the store. I filled out the form online and then received a phone call to arrange the time. I wrote it in my calendar, arranged for my bridesmaids to come in from out of town to meet me there, and arrived about 10 minutes early. When I walked in, the two ladies at the front looked aghast that we were there.

I explained I had an appointment to try on wedding dresses at They were incredibly rude, argued with me, demanded proof of the appointment, and very rudely explained that the store closed at I felt incredibly awkward and uncomfortable as the store was nearly empty.

The employees remaining made it clear I was forcing them to stay for me against their will while I tried on dresses. I was instructed to walk around to pick out my own dresses with no assistance or guidance for about fifteen minutes. I was finally assigned a sales associate willing to help me in the dressing room. I was absolutely shocked to see the price tag on the dresses throughout the store.

I did not expect to have a glamorous television set, but I did expect to be treated with Southern hospitality and to be appropriately accommodated for THEIR error. I found a perfect dress the next day at another salon in Atlanta. After reading other brides' similar experience, I wish I had never wasted my time or my bridesmaids time by stepping foot in the store. Treated like royalty from the moment you walk in; loved my consultant, Margaret.

She asked me what I wanted, pulled a lot of those types, and then told me to pull one completely out-of-the-box.

That's the one I ended up with! No other salon had I had a very mixed experience with Bridals By Lori. It started really well.

Even though I wasn't wearing a true wedding dress I wore a bridesmaids dress, and therefore didn't spend nearly as much money as their typical bride , I felt suffici She was very helpful and very communicative. Everything went fine and I would have been on track to write a glowing review, until it came time for my alterations. I bought a separate sash and asked that it be sewn on to the belt for my dress. I was told during my initial fitting that this would be no problem, but no one took notes or recorded my request.

When I returned for the next fitting, they had taken my sash and turned it into a headband. And this was a week before my wedding. They said they would make it right, but even then when I was trying to ensure that they understood what I wanted, I didn't really feel like they were listening to me and still didn't take notes or record my instructions.

It looked fine, until the day of my wedding when I got dressed and put on the belt and found that it had been cut about four inches too short! WAY off. The last thing a bride wants is an ill-fitting surprise on her wedding day. I wouldn't return to Bridals by Lori based on that experience. I spontaneously went to Lori's to look in their outlet department I needed to take a dress with me and I lucked out big time with what I found.

I was then able to spontaneously look with my flower girl for a dress. We found her dress ther If someone can pick the dresses up in Atlanta and mail them themselves it's a better deal and they won't be any more wrinkled since they are mailed to Lori's anyways.

I had the most amazing service! There was never a time I felt pressured or rushed!! I loved my experience, but most of all I love my dress!! I got my dress at bridals by Lori. I absolutely love my dress, but I was not very impressed by the shop and their customer service. They were not very personal and were not very helpful with picking out a dress.

Also, when I went back for alter On our next trip to Atlanta, the dress was exactly the same length and we did not have time to go back again. They did not seem to listen to my wants at all, at least with the alterations.

Stay away from the bridesmaid department especially if you're an out of town bride and are relying on one of their "consultants" or "alterations" people to help you make educated decisions. To be somewhat fair, I'll mention a good part first, w They over promised and under delivered on my junior bridesmaid dress with the selection and alterations.

First off, I could never get the bridesmaid consultant on the phone or to return my phone call. I had to communicate with her via email. The selection of the dress was a poor choice for the girl's measurements and the alterations that would need to be done. Once the dress arrived, alterations department claimed they would make it "perfect" and beautiful". What we ended up with was a dress that is inappropriate for her age that fits her body.

That is not a solution. Sorry this post is kind of long but definitely felt like it was necessary to share. Bridals by Lori had the exact dress that I had dreamed about all my life.

The staff was so sweet and helped my perfect my dress with such patience. I am so grateful for them for helping me look beautiful on my special day! Let me tell you - the "jack you up" technique they use is a great selling tool but once you give them the money - the customer service is gone. They mislead me on my dress designer -- almost screwed up the color of the dress -- and charge a ton Definitely worth it for the bridal experience but highly recommend you go somewhere to actually buy the dress not only will it be cheaper but I am sure you won't feel as used at a smaller boutique.

I will admit that I'm a huge fan of the Say Yes series. I decided to make an appointment at Bridals By Lori and wasn't let down! They had a lot of great dress selections.
